Overview: A complete business development audit, which will include the half-day sales download we discussed and the half-day session to walk Brendan and Paulo through the selling frameworks. This will allow us to collect comprehensive information about what’s working and what’s not, in the current sales and marketing environment at Hook Point. Specifically, we’ll spend time in a half-day session with Brendan and Paulo to get an overview of sales and marketing. Further we’ll survey and talk to sales and marketing team members to assess training gaps, barriers to overcome in the mission to further empower the team to sell at Brendon’s level and get a feel for their skill set and alignment with the WWP approach. We’ll also gain a better understanding of systemic impediments to implementing WWP that might not be obvious.
