WWP Fully Operationalized $90K, divided over nine payments of $10K USD per month
Outcome:
Key team members will be trained to a level of mastery across the WWP Four Conversations ™ sales approach. The team will sell with confidence and behave like the expert in the sale allowing for Brendan to transition out of selling unless the team deems his participation necessary. The team should allocate 2 hours a week for this work. That may fluctuate up or down by an hour.
Further we will:

Define objectives for each sales conversation

Provide frameworks for navigating to those objectives

Give everyone the language, tools and training to hold each other accountable

Value Council creation, launch and ongoing guidance

Guidance on specific sales situations, proposal review, other issues as they arise via open access to your coach

Development of Hook Point sales and marketing playbook

Additional role play throughout training to get the reps in for mastery
